What we are looking forward to…eating and drinking 😃 EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival is rapidly approaching! Starting August 29th thru November 23rd this is one of our favorite things to do at Disney World each year, and the Foodie Guide has been released with all of the details on new food additions and returning classics.

You can fly… Peter Pan’s Flight was closed back on July 8th for refurbishments and rumored to be down for a few months, but great news it opened up last week earlier than expected! You can now ride again (as of Aug 16), and there have been a few nice set updates.

New favorite resort…. possibly? The Island Tower at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows opens December 17, 2024 and we are receiving more updates. The resort will feature the Wailulu Bar & Grill with Polynesian-inspired cuisine and views of Cinderella’s Castle. Guests can enjoy new amenities like the Moana’s Voyage splash area, the Cove Pool, and four exclusive tropical terrace gardens with views of the Seven Seas Lagoon and Magic Kingdom fireworks. Disney Vacation Club members can make reservations now, with points-based bookings available later.

Surprise Grand Opening!….Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs has opened at the BoardWalk Resort in Walt Disney World. If you’ve ever visited Disneyland, you may have been lucky enough to have tried Blue Ribbon and their infamous Pickle Corn Dog and now this new location is here in Orlando for us! Blue Ribbon offers a variety of gourmet corn dogs, including unique options like the classic Blue Ribbon Corn Dog, the Panko-Crusted Corn Dog, and the Two-Handed Corn Dog—a hot dog wrapped in a corn tortilla and deep-fried. The spot is a quick-service location, providing a convenient option for guests visiting the BoardWalk.
