Weathering the storm… Hurricane Milton came through the area this week and was a very difficult storm for many. Hoping you all are safe and weren’t affected too badly. Disney closed the parks Thursday, but have reopened for normal operating hours Friday. Here is a link to Disney’s official weather update page if you are looking for more details: Disney weather

New Moana 2 trailer!… here

Always here for cake….the walls are officially down at the soon-to-open The Cake Bake Shop at Disney’s Boardwalk! Walls are down and the menu is posted for this sit down dining room restaurant and quick service bakery counter opening at the Boardwalk soon (dates to be announced still). Details here but the Breakfast Cake sounds like a good place to start for me 😀

New construction coming quicker than expected….Dinoland U.S.A. at Disney's Animal Kingdom is expected to begin a phased closure before the 2024 holiday season, making way for the park's upcoming Tropical Americas expansion. (WDW Magic)

New Disney Resort Deals Announced!….Disney is offering hotel and ticket packages that can save you up to $200 per night! This Stay, Play and Save deal may be applied to stays at select Disney World resort hotels for 3 night, 2 day room and ticket packages. You can get these savings packages from February 26th thru June 30, 2025 for rooms and tickets. Could be a great way to save and knock out two tasks on your planning list!
